Troy Cupp
President
With over two decades of experience in the electrical field, President Troy Cupp's journey began with the successful completion of his electrical apprenticeship in 2005. Following a 13-year tenure at General Electric, where he excelled as both an electrician and estimator, Troy ventured to establish Manada Electric in 2015. Like many of our account managers, Troy has experience in both business and the technical details of work in the field.
Daniel Maurer
Controller
Daniel Maurer joined Manada as financial controller in 2023, bringing extensive experience in accounting and finance from his previous roles as CFO and director of finance at several diverse organizations. Daniel coordinates administrative efforts with the overarching goals of the company.
Brian King
Account Manager
Brian King is a seasoned professional with a remarkable track record spanning more than two decades in the electrical industry. With his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience, he oversees multiple industrial projects in both Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Danielle Stehr
Staff Accountant
Danielle Stehr obtained her degree in social work from Millersville in 2014, and after nearly a decade of serving in child welfare and case management, she joined the office team at Manada. Danielle supports many administrative functions including job costing and employee clearances.
Nate Simpson
Senior Project Manager
Nate Simpson has extensive experience in the industry as an electrician, foreman, and project manager. Nate also has several years of leadership experience as a project executive managing jobs across multiple states.
Dustin Markey
Account Manager
Dustin Markey joined Manada in 2022, bringing 22 years of industry experience. Dustin completed his apprenticeship in 2005 and moved into a construction manager position at IB Abel in 2020, where he handled renewable energy projects.
Ted Sterner
Account Manager
Ted joined Manada as an electrical foreman in 2021 and moved into project management in 2022. Ted completed his electrical apprenticeship in 1998 and since then has worked for various companies, including his own business specializing in controls and automation.
Mike Costella
Estimator
Mike has extensive experience in areas of telecommunications and estimating. Mike operated his own business for 5 years contracting with numerous companies including Comcast, Sears, and Rex before joining IB Abel as a project manager and estimator, where he worked for over 20 years until joining Manada Electric in 2021.
Lauren Bolton
Office Manager
Lauren rigorously performs the administrative duties that support our workforce. She graduated Wilson College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in business management and has been on staff at Manada since 2018.
Michael McCleary
Account Manager
Mike McCleary grew into account management from a foreman position at Manada, using his knowledge in the field to effectively plan his projects. Mike builds relationships with and understands the customers he works with.
Ryan Ballerstein
Senior Electrical Estimator
Ryan Ballerstein has over 15 years of combined experience in electrical estimating. After graduating from York Technical Institute in 2001, Ryan worked for several electrical contractors before joining Manada in 2023.
