President Troy Cupp has been a part of the industry for over 20 years, finishing his electrical apprenticeship in 2005. After 13 years at General Electric as an electrician and estimator, Troy founded Manada Electric in 2015. Like many of our account managers Troy has experience in both business and the technical details of work in the field.
Controller
Daniel Maurer joined Manada as financial controller in 2023. Daniel has extensive experience in accounting and finance having served as CFO and director of finance at several diverse organizations.

Brian King has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry. Brian manages multiple jobs in Pennsylvania and Vriginia.

Lynn Meckley is a proven leader in the electrical services field. With nearly 40 years of experience, Lynn has managed many large projects from start to finish. Lynn completed his apprenticeship in 1985 and spent most of his career at IB Abel before joining Manada Electric in 2021. Some of his additional training includes the Harrisburg City Master Electrician License and Comprehensive Practices for Efficient Project Management.
Senior Project Manager
Nate Simpson has extensive experience in the industry as an electrician, foreman, and project manager. Nate also has several years of leadership experience as a project executive managing jobs across multiple states.
Account Manager
Dustin Markey joined Manada in 2022, bringing 22 years of industry experience. Dustin completed his apprenticeship in 2005 and moved into a construction manager position at IB Abel in 2020, where he handled renewable energy projects.
Account Manager
Ted joined Manada as an electrical foreman in 2021 and moved into project management in 2022. Ted completed his electrical apprenticeship in 1998 and since then has worked for various companies, including his own business specializing in controls and automation.
Estimator
Mike has extensive experience in areas of telecommunications and estimating. Mike operated his own business for 5 years contracting with numerous companies including Comcast, Sears, and Rex before joining IB Abel as a project manager and estimator, where he worked for over 20 years until joining Manada Electric in 2021.
Office Manager
Lauren rigorously performs the administrative duties that support our workforce. She graduated Wilson College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in business management and has been on staff at Manada since 2018.
Administrative Assistant
Owen has been with Manada since the beginning of 2022. He works with Lauren on weekly operations and bookkeeping while managing social media. Owen is a senior at Liberty University and will graduate with a bachelor’s in business administration in 2023.

Kayla joined the administrative team in 2022, bringing her experience in small business. Kayla graduated from Wilson College with her bachelor’s in business management.
